I have gained solid experience in both administrative and humanitarian work. I served as an Administrator at Milele Foundation Uganda, a community-based organization, for two years. During this time, I improved office coordination, strengthened community outreach programs, and helped the organization acquire new partners and donors to support its youth and women empowerment projects. My efforts contributed to smoother operations, stronger community relations, and increased visibility of Milele Foundation’s initiatives.
I later worked as a Data Enumerator in the humanitarian sector, contributing to data-driven projects that informed community interventions and helped organizations better understand the needs of vulnerable populations.
Currently, I serve as a Child Protection Case Worker with TUMAINI for Refugee Women in Nakivale Refugee Settlement, where I manage protection cases, offer psychosocial support, and follow up on the welfare of refugee children and families. Through this work, I have helped restore hope to persons of concern who have faced traumatic events, supported vulnerable families with non-food item (NFI) assistance, and conducted awareness sessions on child protection. I also collaborate effectively with other organizations to address the diverse challenges faced by refugees.
These experiences have shaped me into a compassionate, organized, and results-oriented professional, skilled in teamwork, communication, and leadership. I take pride in contributing to positive change in the communities I serve especially when children and women feel safer, supported, and empowered.
