Arinaitwe Happy is a dedicated professional with experience in health and gender-related work. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Gender and Applied Women’s Health from Mbarara University of Science and Technology. I have worked as a Locum Data Entry Clerk on the URMCHIP project at Amref Health Africa and have also held leadership roles like Minister of Gender and Guidance and Guild Representative at Mbarara University. I have attained various trainings on counseling, Symposium on Transparency and Accountability in Public Procurement. I have worked as a Population Census Parish Supervisor, and as a GBV Case Worker at Alight. I have conducted research on the prevalence and associated factors for low birth weight among newborns and am currently working with Tumaini as a Project Officer under the Pamoja Tunaweza project, providing MPHSS to adolescents. I am God-fearing, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. I am a conscientious person who values integrity.
