Tumaini For Refugee Women projects and programs are community based and their end product is having the host communities achieve the objectives underlined. All our community projects are different in some way; the size and scope of these projects is determined firstly by the community they cater to. We minimize management costs to have the best out of the value for money and other human resource inputs. As we assess, implement, monitor and evaluate our projects and programs we focus on creating and empowering leaders within the beneficiary community. These leaders serve beyond the project or program goals.
Our projects or programs are tailored around creating and fostering sustainable systems. We focus on building a person to serve at the individual capacity, like helping the individual on goal setting, support families to be vibrant and more productive and work with organized groups to support community based social institutions. The institutions are bedrock and face of the community. All our resources are channeled towards supporting the community as a whole and its systems.
